Tubular Polyester - Polyester is a high-quality webbing that features the best aspects of both polypropylene and nylon. Like nylon it has an impressive abrasion resistance, and like polypropylene it has a low absorption rate and moisture resistance — protecting it from weathering like rot and mildew. The 1 inch tubular polyester has a breaking strength of 2,200 lbs (maximum recommended working load 735lbs), an approximate thickness of .065’’-.090’’, and a melting point of 500°F. All of the sublimated polyester is colorfast meaning it will not bleed.
Flat Polyester - strong and durable, with a tensile strength of 1,200 lbs and a melting point of 482 degrees Fahrenheit, this tough webbing was made to outlast. It is approximately .078 inches or 2.02mm thick. Polyester is a strong and durable material for webbing that combines many of the benefits of polypropylene and nylon without many negatives. Chosen for security and resilience over other webbing materials.
